An upscale restaurant entrepreneur in Syracuse, New York, Nellie serves nouvelle cuisine in portions so tiny most American households have washed dishes with more food on them. She believes an impeccably prepared stain is both healthier and worth the higher price she charges than are the pizza, steak or fried chicken enjoyed by the vast majority of those who dine out. She may actually be correct, but for most folks that fact is unwelcome.
