A former master chef at the Federal Prison in Atlanta, Chuck now owns and operates a diner in Skunk Water, Mississippi.  He surreptitiously spits in the food of anyone he thinks is a “fag.” During his prison years Chuck was very popular, expertly preparing large quantities of food using cement mixers, roto-tillers and chainsaws as cooking utensils. He has experienced some difficulty adapting his style to his small diner and still serves portions in tubs and vats. His diner is always full, as are his patrons.
